Construction Project Manager

W.M. Klorman Construction Corp is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our virtual design and construction efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building information modeling (BIM) and experience with VDC software programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate 3D object-oriented models
- Manage project documents using Prolog and ProjectSight
- Process subcontractor RFIs and submittals
- Create concrete shop drawings and perform contract drawing review for constructability
- Produce layout information for robotic total stations and participate in project BIM coordination and clash detection
- Produce logistic drawings using TEKLA, Sketchup, and REVIT
- Perform 3D scanning and produce as-built models
- Create 4D/5D visual simulations incorporating BIM+TIME+COST using Navisworks or Synchro
- Support preconstruction and business development efforts by creating pursuit models and photorealistic renderings
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction-related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in the building or design industry preferred
- Ability to understand, interpret, and independently use construction drawings
- Understanding of VDC or BIM concepts and experience with BIM software suites
- Excellent computer skills, including high-level proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and BlueBeam
- Strong personal management skills, dedication, organization, and open-mindedness required
