Hybrid Sales Professional

New England Network Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in IT services sales and be able to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Manage the inside sales pipeline by completing daily sales activities, including calls, emails, video messages, and proposal creation, logging all activity in our CRM system.
- Generate and qualify leads, scheduling at least four prospect meetings monthly.
- Develop strong relationships with networking partners and referral sources.
- Identify, develop, and close recurring and project opportunities.
- Create and manage quotes within our quoting system.
- Collaborate with internal resources to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Stay informed on clients' industries, trends, and technology applications.
- Propose improvements to sales processes and collateral.
- Complete market research to identify target audiences and build messaging campaigns.
- Deliver a weekly sales pipeline and forecast report.
- Achieve monthly sales goals.
- Stay current on relevant technologies and complete required sales certifications.
- 2+ years of sales experience in IT Services with mid-market accounts.
- Proven experience prospecting and demonstrating value to clients.
- Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g., firewalls, servers, backup systems) and how they drive business outcomes.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, web conferencing, and other relevant applications.
