Sales Professional Job Description

New England Network Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in IT services sales and be able to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the inside sales pipeline by completing daily sales activities, including calls, emails, video messages, and proposal creation, logging all activity in our CRM system.
  • Generate and qualify leads, scheduling at least four prospect meetings monthly.
  • Develop strong relationships with networking partners and referral sources.
  • Identify, develop, and close recurring and project opportunities.
  • Create and manage quotes within our quoting system.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Stay informed on clients' industries, trends, and technology applications.
  • Propose improvements to sales processes and collateral.
  • Complete market research to identify target audiences and build messaging campaigns.
  • Deliver a weekly sales pipeline and forecast report.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Stay current on relevant technologies and complete required sales certifications.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in IT Services with mid-market accounts.
  • Proven experience prospecting and demonstrating value to clients.
  • Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g., firewalls, servers, backup systems) and how they drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, web conferencing, and other relevant applications.
