Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Custom Computer Specialists, the #1 Technical Consultant in the Northeast celebrating over 40 years in business. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition and developing strategic relationships with assigned accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage multiple new client acquisition methods and strategies to drive business with new clients, including social selling, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop new and repeat business opportunities with assigned accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers and understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants to develop proposals and statements of work to sell technology solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and forecast accurately, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Pursue industry sales certifications for all first-tier manufacturers, enhancing your expertise and credibility within the industry.
  • Engage with prospective customers to deliver technical demonstrations of various products and services, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of Custom's offerings.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven business-to-business sales experience, ideally selling technology-centric solutions.
  • Experience in a 'Sales Hunter' role where attaining quota or growth targets is heavily dependent on new business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • An analytical mindset, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, deliverables, and price, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000, with an uncapped commission plan and profit-sharing model. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
