At Labcorp, we're seeking a Sales Professional to excel in client relationships and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a forward-facing representative, engaging existing and prospective clients at all levels.

About the Role

This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and account management responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing a large existing book of business while introducing new products and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and proven experience in managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Upsell current products and services to increase organic growth and meet or exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to clients on our products and services.
  • Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow the book of business and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3+ years of outside sales experience or account management.
  • Proven success in managing a book of business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to travel overnight as needed.
