Key Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Program Coordinator and provides administrative support as needed.
  • Analyzes reports and maintains data tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the program, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Department of Corrections guidelines.
  • Participates in mandatory meetings and training as needed, including virtual sessions.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensures excellent communication and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain Department of Corrections clearance and work within facility guidelines.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and database skills required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with bi-lingual abilities a plus.
