Role Summary

As a Claims Adjuster, your primary responsibility will be to leverage your understanding of vehicle systems and repairs to assess, validate, and authorize payments for repair recommendations related to warranty claims. You will engage with service advisors and technicians over the phone to ensure that appropriate repairs are executed, enabling our customers to return to the road safely.
