Resort Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Resort Services Specialist to join our team at PetSuites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our pet parents and their furry friends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to each customer, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their pet's stay.
- Manage boarding reservations, book grooming and training appointments, and schedule daycare reservations.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain accurate records of pet information and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and attention to detail in all aspects of pet care.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their pets, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
A successful Resort Services Specialist will be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges. Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

A Day in the Life:
You will greet pet parents and their pets upon arrival, provide personalized service, and ensure a smooth check-in process. You will also handle check-out, answer customer inquiries, and assist with pet care and handling as needed. Your goal is to exceed client expectations and build strong relationships with each pet and their owner.
