Master Inventory Management Specialist

Job Overview
O'neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a skilled Master Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an expert in order fulfillment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and verify all receiving reports to guarantee the accuracy of items and the condition of materials, inputting the received material into our inventory management system with precision. Conduct thorough physical inventory assessments as required, updating the inventory management system with any necessary changes. Collaborate with our corporate office and site teams to facilitate transportation, purchasing, invoice validation, inventory control, and other essential tasks to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials. Prepare and distribute inventory management reports to leadership and sales staff as needed. Effectively add new raw material items to our inventory system. Deliver error-free work to all internal and external customers related to their position's output. Maintain customer-specific inventories by tracking and working closely with procurement and sales teams. Process return authorizations and reintegrate them into our inventory. Maintain stock levels and conduct thorough evaluations of site-specific purchased items. Perform and record daily inventory cycle counts. Make necessary quantity adjustments with proper notifications or approvals. Review and analyze receiving and inventory-related variances. Assess job travelers for accuracy regarding material usage, as needed. Manage the reordering of depleted stock items and shortages. Support sales in locating required materials for orders by checking inbound stock. Collaborate with vendors and corporate purchasing to locate and expedite materials to meet our needs. Work with our corporate office to evaluate overstock, slow-moving, and deleted items, developing action plans for their depletion.Additional responsibilities may include entering purchase orders and managing sub-contracting systems.
Requirements
A competitive salary of $65,000 per year will be offered to the successful candidate.
