Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, the Field Operations Technician will primarily engage in hands-on management of equipment and systems. Working under the guidance of a Field Engineer or Field Specialist, the role includes:
  • Preparing for jobs independently.
  • Setting up and dismantling cranes and bucket trucks.
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on pumping units.
  • Driving company vehicles to various locations as necessary.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Understanding and adhering to the Weatherford Quality Policy and all relevant procedures.
  • Complying with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Executing work assignments with the utmost quality.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors within the job's physical limits.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including long or irregular hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in pumping unit repairs.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oilfield sector.
