Role Responsibilities

In this position, you will leverage your mechanical skills to conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for a variety of customer equipment needs. Your journey with Butler will be one of both personal and professional advancement.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Technician Pay Scale: $30.56/hr-$49.51/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities

The position encompasses, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  • Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural equipment and systems.
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting skills across all diesel technology systems and components, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and power trains.
  • Availability for overtime as workload necessitates (anything over 8 hours a day is compensated at 1.5x your hourly rate).
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment proactively.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Commit to continuous learning and training to stay updated with industry standards and product advancements.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
