Compensation:
$17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing the retail operations of the shop, which includes planning, daily operations, equipment upkeep, marketing initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ensure that all systems developed align with franchise operational standards.

Provide hands-on training that emphasizes daily operations, customer relations, staff onboarding, and maintaining cleanliness.


Team Structure:
Work alongside Shift Leads and Team Members.

Main Duties:
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and Shop Manager to manage shop operations and budget, including sales forecasts, margin targets, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Supervise a team of 10 to 50 employees, focusing on training, orientation, and professional development.
  • Create a motivating work environment that encourages employee engagement and aligns with individual career aspirations.
  • Oversee the execution of shop policies and procedures.
  • Implement systems outlined in our Operating Manual to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Manage inventory procurement and storage, ensuring timely processing of deliveries.
  • Support in-store marketing efforts and assist with local promotional activities as directed by management.
  • Organize tasks to maintain operational excellence, including staff and store appearance, customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee a successful cake program, managing orders, customer communication, and product preparation.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in roles such as customer service, cashier, or team member in a restaurant or retail environment is highly desirable.
