This role is responsible for driving residential sales across Austin and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of proven experience in outside sales and a strong understanding of HVAC equipment. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites and ability to work in a CRM are essential. The successful candidate will be a highly energetic, motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential
* Manage a CRM database and conduct regular customer follow-ups
* Identify growth opportunities on assigned accounts and new accounts
* Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed
* Participate in account reviews and provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management
* Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills and provide superior customer service

Requirements:

* 1-5 years of outside sales experience
* Knowledge of HVAC equipment
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites
* Ability to work in a CRM and conduct regular customer follow-ups
* Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
* Excellent customer service skills
