Position Overview:

Focus on Journey Orchestration

As a pivotal member of our team at Medasource, you will utilize your skills to enhance customer interactions through effective campaign management across our marketing technology framework. Your role will be essential in delivering cohesive and engaging experiences for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Front-End Development: Employ advanced HTML and CSS skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly convey complex technical concepts to both team members and stakeholders.
  • Adobe Experience Platform: Utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer and related services to design and implement customer journeys.

Preferred Skills:

  • SQL Proficiency: Ability to write and analyze SQL queries for data-driven decision-making.
  • JSON Familiarity: Experience with JSON files, particularly Adobe XDM files.
  • Web Tagging Knowledge: Understanding of campaign tracking and web tagging tools.
  • Regulatory Experience: Background in regulated industries is advantageous.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-end visualization development and maintenance for digital health products, addressing complex challenges.
  • Gather and maintain project requirements, designs, and resource inventories.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to troubleshoot software issues, collaborating with teams to document and communicate solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between data research and product teams, ensuring quality assurance.
  • Regularly review and update applications to maintain functionality across multiple platforms.
  • Assist in evaluating alternative approaches and present recommendations to teams.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with visualization frameworks such as Mapbox and Plotly.
  • Proficiency in React and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with graphing libraries like D3 and ECharts.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an Associate's degree with significant professional experience in product development.
  • Minimum of 4 years in consumer UX/UI development.
  • At least 4 years of experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Advanced skills in JavaScript are required.
