About the Role:

As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in the Managed Cloud Solutions space. You will act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, and providing proactive solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure and third-party providers will be invaluable in driving client satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports FIS Clients in their journey to the cloud. As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
• Provide expert guidance on cloud infrastructure and third-party providers, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FIS services and solutions to clients, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in banking and financial services, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and third-party providers.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
