Housekeeping Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly oversee housekeeping, laundry, and house person team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience.
  • Take ownership of the property's cleanliness, from guest rooms to public areas, and drive productivity and guest service levels.
  • Model the behaviors and actions expected from team members, demonstrating attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism.
  • Coach and mentor team members, holding them accountable for results while supporting their development and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak professionally with guests, managers, and colleagues.
  • Pride in work and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to lead others to success and drive productivity.
