Position Overview:

As an Audit Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in serving our public and middle market clients. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you will possess the expertise and experience to operate autonomously while often leading one or more Associates in delivering a growth-oriented experience to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting diverse accounting, auditing, and consulting tasks under the guidance of Supervisors, Managers, or Partners.
  • Preparing financial analyses and models.
  • Exhibiting proficiency in technical skills, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to professional standards.
  • Meeting deadlines and fulfilling client expectations regarding deliverables.
  • Participating in the planning and scheduling of client engagements.
  • Documenting work performed and summarizing findings.
  • Drafting written reports or sections for inclusion in comprehensive reports.
  • Assisting in the review of schedules, calculations, work papers, and other documentation.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
  • Contributing to recruitment efforts by engaging with candidates during on-campus interviews and participating in relevant events.
  • Building relationships with clients and delivering high-quality service, while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensuring accuracy in data entry and maintenance across all aspects of our accounting and consulting services.
  • Learning effective workload management and delegation through guidance from Performance Advisors or direct Supervisors.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and promoting the Firm.

Additional Responsibilities:
We encourage participation in community associations related to your field after the first year of employment, subject to Performance Advisor approval. You will also engage in our Full Potential Development Program and serve as a mentor for new hires. Taking individual responsibility for learning new technologies introduced by the Firm is essential.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in public accounting or consulting, demonstrating increasing complexity and project involvement.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a relevant field.
  • A current and valid CPA license is strongly preferred; candidates must be CPA eligible and actively pursuing licensure.
  • Membership in good standing with the AICPA and respective state societies, if already a CPA.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and relevant technology.
