About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Scheduling: Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Subcontractor Management: Assist with the buyout process of subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Coordinate efforts between the general contractor, subcontractor, and material procurement, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Documentation: Complete submittals and RFI's, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of project progress.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
  • Experience: Two (2+) years' experience in construction, design, finance, and management preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, efficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction software utilized by the company.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead team members in an effective yet positive manner, ability to interpret construction documents.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated and ability to adapt to assigned tasks, innovative mindset and constantly seeking ways to improve operations.
