Job Overview

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join its North Georgia Outlet team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and develop sales strategies
  • Coach and develop sales associates to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales floor operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Assist with opening and closing the store as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
