Account Resolution Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Resolution Coordinator to join our team at Prisma Health. As a key member of our system billing office, you will be responsible for resolving complex patient account issues and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, and patient communications. With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will be able to effectively interact with patients, payers, and internal stakeholders to resolve account issues.

About the Role:
- Resolve complex patient account issues in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
