Account Resolution Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Resolution Coordinator to join our team at Prisma Health. As a key member of our system billing office, you will be responsible for resolving complex patient account issues and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Resolve complex patient account issues in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or a related field
