Administrative Coordinator

A leading food manufacturing company, AtWork - Santa Ana, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical professional to support the sanitation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage communication within the department and with other departments regarding sanitation-related matters.
- Support HR with Time and Payroll Management (TPM), paycheck distribution, and employee orientations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
