Job Overview

Position: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Remote

Our organization is experiencing significant expansion. As a vital member of the HR team, the Senior HR Business Partner will report directly to the Senior HRBP. This role involves close collaboration with management teams to develop and implement a holistic people strategy that aligns with organizational objectives, enhances effectiveness, facilitates change management, fosters talent development, and promotes employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to provide expert guidance on HR-related issues. Your focus will be on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to ensure organizational success.
  2. Advisory Role: Act as a consultant rather than a task executor. Assess current and future challenges and offer insightful advice to key stakeholders, empowering leadership to manage personnel matters with confidence.
  3. Workforce Development: Engage in strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent enhancement. Ensure the workforce is prepared for the future through targeted reskilling and upskilling programs.
  4. Regulatory Adherence: Maintain current knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Assist leaders in ensuring compliance while developing and implementing HR processes and policies.
  5. Change Leadership: Spearhead organizational change initiatives. Foster positive behaviors and reinforce desired outcomes within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions or generalist roles.
  • Demonstrated success in aligning HR practices with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and consulting abilities.
