Key Responsibilities:

  2. Advisory and Coaching Role: You will serve as a consultant rather than a task executor. Identify current and prospective challenges, providing strategic advice to key stakeholders. Empower leadership to manage personnel issues with confidence.
  3. Workforce Development: Engage in strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent enhancement. Ensure our workforce is equipped for the future through continuous learning and development initiatives.
