The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation to close, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of our warehouse automation solutions to effectively communicate benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our warehouse automation solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospect organizations, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our technical team to present and demo our solutions, delivering pre-sale designed solutions that meet client needs.
- Sales Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in our CRM system.
- Account Management: Identify, develop, and manage large strategic accounts, formulating and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and success.
- Channel Partners: Develop and support Channel Partners, working closely with them to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- 5-10 years of sales experience selling solutions in distribution, order fulfillment, or manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-driven and proactive with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual environment.
- Available for travel domestically and internationally.
- Proficient in data analytics such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
