Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and passionate culinary professional to join our team as a Cook at the Boston Harbor Hotel. This role will involve preparing stations, producing food, executing menu items, and delivering pristine plate presentation that exceeds guest expectations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, with hot line experience required.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related major
- At least one year of related culinary experience, with experience in hospitality preferred
- Hot line experience required
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs + on a regular and continuous basis
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
