About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Impact Consultant to join our team in Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington, D.C.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting and relevant work experience (4-7 years), with a graduate degree or final year graduate student preferred. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop strategic recommendations for clients across various sectors, including economic development, education, global health, and community development.
  • Design and facilitate surveys, interviews, and other research methods to gather data and insights from clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop project plans, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other materials.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of strategy consulting or similarly relevant work experience.
  • Graduate degree or final year graduate student (e.g., MBA, MPA, MPH, MPP, or other relevant degree) preferred.
  • Extensive experience with primary and secondary research, data analysis, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to convey complex information in a concise and structured way.
  • Passion for social change and commitment to working in the social sector.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 30% of the time, depending on project requirements.
