Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will work closely with clients to provide advisory services on cybersecurity strategies, including threat management and incident response, security strategy development, technology and solution recommendations, training and awareness, and regulatory and compliance guidance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, IaaS and SaaS platforms, and experience working in Azure/Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. They will also possess excellent communication, writing, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Cybersecurity Service Delivery: Execute and help other members of the team to execute projects that fall within the Cybersecurity team's set of standardized service offerings, which currently include full security audits, infrastructure strategy planning, implementation of security tooling, securing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms, large-scale migrations of collaboration tools and databases to cloud SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms, conducting infrastructure assessments for clients undertaking full Strategic Technology Plans, and assisting with scoping new and custom projects requested by the Sales or Account Management teams.">
  • Security Advisor: Meet with clients to provide advisory services on cybersecurity strategies, including threat management and incident response, security strategy development, technology and solution recommendations, training and awareness, and regulatory and compliance guidance.">
  • Customer Service: Serve as an initial escalation point for customer service issues related to cybersecurity service delivery and maintain strong customer service skills when dealing with clients, vendors, and other Tech Impact partners.">
  • Internal Security Risk Management: Review and provide input into the company's overall cybersecurity program, lead remediation process for all cybersecurity-related gaps identified during Internal audit reviews as well as reviews performed by third-party entities and auditors, and work with the Infrastructure team to develop strong cybersecurity posturing across all of TI's infrastructure (on-prem and cloud) to better protect our organization's network.">

Requirements

  • A minimum of [5-7 years] of experience in delivering projects related to security technology implementation, security architecture design, and overall security technology positioning.">
  • A strong understanding of Cybersecurity concepts.">
  • A strong understanding of IaaS and SaaS platforms.">
  • Experience working in Azure/Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.">
  • Ability to exhibit a high degree of initiative.">
  • Strong customer service skills.">
  • Work well independently and within a team environment.">
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.">

About the Salary

">

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the position.
