Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and identifying and addressing member needs.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote Sam's Club products and services, and provide guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology.
  • Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential security risks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and working with mobile retail applications, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
