Safety and Compliance Manager

Keolis North America LLC is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive safety strategy that ensures the well-being of our employees and the public. Your expertise in safety management systems, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment will be invaluable in driving our company's commitment to safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of the organizational Safety, Security & Environment plan.
• Oversee the development and implementation of all safety and safety-related training programs.
• Ensure compliance with obligations outlined in the Operating Agreement, with all Federal regulations (FRA, OSHA, etc.) and Keolis policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as Manager of Safety and Training, or key role.
• Safety specialist certification, with 3 years' experience in FRA, Part 270 or Safety Management System (SMS).
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop and oversee implementation of robust, highly effective improvement plans.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
