We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to lead our process engineering team at DSJ Global. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Process Design and Optimization: Lead the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes, ensuring they meet production, safety, and quality standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, quality assurance, and other departments to support new product development and process scaling.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, monitor process performance, and drive decision-making for process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
