Job Overview
Randstad Staffing is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist for a dynamic company in London, OH. This full-time position requires a highly skilled professional to develop, implement, and manage EHS strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Compensation
Salary for this role ranges between $75,000 to $100,000 annually, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage EHS strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement around environmental, health, and safety.


Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.


Provide EHS training and support to employees and help coordinate other EHS policies and procedures.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably with a background in compliance auditing and training.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations (EPA, OSHA, etc.) and OSHA 10 or 30 certification an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
