Job Description

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager III to join our Commercial Banking team in Lancaster, PA. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing strategic guidance to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute relationship strategies to acquire and retain clients, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Provide expert financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage risk and return, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure the success of client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage PNC's products and services, delivering a comprehensive client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
