Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, providing guidance on company policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Investigate and address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement personnel policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records using human resources management system software.

Essential Functions:

  1. Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external parties to resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  2. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, documenting findings and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement best practices in employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
