A leading provider of electronic assembly machines and software is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate with a clear path for growth.

In the first year, the focus will be on inside sales, allowing you to learn the company's products and operations while identifying and generating targeted sales opportunities with new customers.

You'll collaborate closely with the sales representative network and sales management team.

After the first year, you will transition into the role of Regional Sales Manager, with an emphasis on business development.

The position involves up to 50% travel.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of B2B sales experience, specifically in selling high-value, complex machines or equipment.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Cultivate interest in the company's product offerings among potential clients, enabling the sales team to present technologies and services.


Strategy Development:

Leverage market research and analysis to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies aimed at identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.


Data Analysis:
Evaluate sales and marketing data, including trends, customer profiles, demographics, and competitor insights, to guide strategic decisions.

Customer Engagement:
Engage with prospective and existing customers by organizing and delivering product demonstrations, including software presentations.

Sales Reporting:
Generate periodic sales reports and analyze data to assess the success and impact of marketing efforts.

Event Representation:
Act as the company's representative at industry events and trade association meetings to promote products and services.

Sales Channel Communication:
Ensure sales teams are kept updated with the latest factory developments and communicate opportunities to sales representatives.

Additional Tasks:
Carry out other duties as assigned by the National Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
2 or more years of B2B high-value and complex machine/equipment sales experience required.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Semiconductor and SMT related experience is a strong plus.
