HR Coordinator Job Description

The Hollister Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the coordination of HR projects, including meetings, training, surveys, and more.
  • Conduct initial orientations for newly hired employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities, such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and terminations.
  • Coordinate payroll by providing required employee data regarding hours, time off, compensation, and bonuses.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, performance reviews, investigations, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $24-26 per hour. Applicants must be able to commute to Boston, MA, and provide proof of COVID vaccination to be eligible for this role.
