Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the HR Department, you will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and data analysis to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all who interact with the HR Department
- Monitor and track phone and email communications, and forward requests to appropriate HR team members
- Coordinate HR Department projects, including organizing trainings, managing groups, and preparing presentations
- Maintain systems for the collection and statistical analysis of HR Department data
- Assist the CHRO and HR Department with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- Minimum of three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise considerable judgment and discretion
