Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Massachusetts Nonprofit Network Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies, policies, and procedures that reflect our organization's mission, goals, and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement an effective human resources strategy that aligns with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Provide thought partnership with the Senior Management Team to implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Manage the recruitment function, including developing targeted recruitment strategies and preparing compelling job postings.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment and workers' compensation claims.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience as a human resources manager in a nonprofit organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • SHRM Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional certification preferred.
