POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to effectively represent Club Pilates to prospective clients, attract new members, and finalize sales for memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail products. In addition to acquiring new members, the Sales Associate is dedicated to retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. While a background in fitness is beneficial, it is not mandatory; candidates with strong sales experience are highly valued.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated excellence in sales, communication, and customer service.
- Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Capability to learn and utilize the Club Ready software system.
- Professional and effective communication skills with prospects, members, and colleagues.
- Proficient computer skills are essential.
- Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with shifts available during weekday mornings and weekends.
- Implement the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
- Conduct studio tours while building rapport and identifying prospective members' needs.
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales performance.
- Highlight and reinforce the studio's objectives as a provider of fitness and wellness.
- Present available services to current and prospective members.
- Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals.
- Engage in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community outreach) to promote the studio.
- Take responsibility for enhancing selling skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
