The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the store. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise flow-through to ensure optimal sales and profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement store strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure sales associates have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in retail management, including sales and customer service
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
