Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the store. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise flow-through to ensure optimal sales and profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement store strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure sales associates have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in retail management, including sales and customer service
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
