The Project Manager and Estimator will report directly to the Vice President of Estimating and Project Management. This role is crucial in generating profitable work volume from both existing and potential clients. You will oversee the administrative and technical aspects of construction projects, from the preparation of bids to the final acceptance by the client. Additionally, you will provide essential information, coordination, and guidance to field supervisors and crafts to ensure compliance with all Notch and client requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of piping, plumbing, refrigeration, contract design, estimating, and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction equipment, drawings, and specifications.
