About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our global technology department at Fisher Investments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, access, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform & Configuration Management: Administer and maintain the SFMC platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, access, and reliability.
  • Automation: Guide and support users in the creation, execution, and optimization of single/omni-channel journey orchestration.
  • Data Management: Manage and segment customer data for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and analyze reports to measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Integration: Oversee the integration of SFMC with other systems and platforms, including CRM, DAM, and CMS.
  • Support: Provide technical support and training to marketing and corporate communications teams, addressing any platform-related issues or inquiries.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SFMC features and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve platform use.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
  • Plan work of self and others and resolve technical and other problems.
  • Perform off-hours production support as needed.
  • Experience with Datorama.
  • Experience with basic HTML (e.g. creating tables, links, and bolding).
  • Experience with AMP script and SQL.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with MuleSoft/Azure API framework is desired but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).

  • Competitive salary ($95,000 - $150,000 base salary per year in the state of WA).
