We are seeking a skilled Spa Specialist to join our team at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. As a Spa Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the success of our Spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized spa services to guests, including massages, facials, and other treatments.
  • Promote spa services and retail products to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Schedule reservations and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide answers to guest inquiries about spa services and amenities, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and manage guest transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
