Job Title: Sustainability Program Manager

Entegris is seeking an experienced Corporate Sustainability Program Manager to lead our North America region's sustainability efforts. This role will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining a global strategy to reduce utility demands across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability plan to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.
  • Collaborate with site teams to identify resource conservation measures and implement energy-efficient solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and provide technical analysis to support project development.
  • Lead the Life Cycle Analysis Program to assess environmental impacts associated with products and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze energy consumption across facilities and set energy efficiency goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to upgrade systems and equipment for improved utility efficiency.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for proposed sustainability projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal energy regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy management, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully championing sustainability goals and facilitating utility improvements.
  • Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with energy monitoring and management systems.
  • Knowledge of energy regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
