We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Engineer to join our team at E Ink Corporation. As a key member of our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring site environmental compliance and global alignment in the planning and implementation of critical EH&S initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee environmental compliance data collection to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Monitor new and/or changes to applicable federal, state, and local environmental rules, regulations, laws, and policies.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external interested parties to identify and implement systems to enable the organization's global sustainability initiatives and environmental objectives.
- Draft and manage communications to key stakeholders on the organization's environmental performance and compliance status.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, occupational health, safety, science, or engineering-related field.
- 3-5 years of proven EHS experience, preferably in a chemical or electronics-related field.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental laws and agencies including EPA, MADEP & OSHA.
- Familiarity with 527 CMR 1 Hazardous Materials Processing, Flammable Storage Permitting, and TSCA Premanufacture Notice (PMN) application process.
- Familiarity with all elements of ISO standards, specifically for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
