Entegris is seeking an experienced Sustainability Program Manager to lead our efforts in reducing utility demands across our manufacturing facilities in North America. As a key member of our Global Sustainability Team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a global strategy to reduce energy, water, and fuel consumption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive energy management plan to reduce utility consumption across all facilities.
- Conduct site assessments to identify opportunities for resource conservation and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to upgrade systems and equipment for improved utility efficiency.
- Lead the Life Cycle Analysis Program to assess the environmental impacts associated with all stages of a product or process.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption across all facilities and set energy efficiency goals and targets in alignment with the organization's sustainability objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully championing sustainability goals and facilitating utility improvements at the site and corporate level.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience in sustainability management, energy management, or a related field.
- Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification obtained through the Green Building Council Institute (GBCI) is strongly preferred.
