Entegris is seeking an experienced Corporate Sustainability Program Manager to lead our North America region's sustainability efforts. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing a global strategy to reduce utility demands, including electricity, water, and natural gas consumption.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with Entegris' CSR goals.
- Facilitate site assessments to identify resource conservation measures and provide leadership to keep projects on track.
- Support site teams in developing energy, water, and waste reduction projects and share best practices across sites.
- Research and promote industry best practices for energy, water, waste, and emission reductions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive resource management plans to optimize utility resource use.
- Lead the Life Cycle Analysis Program to assess environmental impacts associated with product or process stages.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption across all facilities and set energy efficiency goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to upgrade systems and equipment for improved utility efficiency.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for proposed sustainability projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal energy regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in sustainability management.
- Engage with stakeholders to raise awareness and promote resource conservation programs.
- Proven track record of championing sustainability goals and facilitating utility improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience in sustainability management, energy management, or a related field.
- Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with energy monitoring and management systems.
- Knowledge of energy regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
