We are looking for a candidate who embodies dependability, integrity, empathy, and insight. As a Rehabilitation and Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support clients in their recovery journey.

This may involve accompanying them to support group sessions, helping with grocery shopping, or engaging in activities that promote their healing.

Working closely with Case Managers and Therapists, you will play a key role in developing tailored recovery plans that address the specific needs of each client.

Together, we are committed to guiding clients toward their recovery objectives.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday day shift with flexible scheduling options.

Compensation:
$16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Provide transportation for clients to appointments.
Facilitate group activities focused on recovery.
Evaluate and address barriers affecting independent or community living.
Enhance communication skills.
Identify and implement strategies for symptom management.
Assist in building social support networks.
Adapt skills for various life areas including home, work, education, leisure, and social interactions.
Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary.
Complete required training, both in-person and online.
Maintain thorough daily documentation.
Meet productivity expectations.
Must be at least 18 years old for licensing.
Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
Comply with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality.
Be available to cover shifts at group homes as needed, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
Schedule and participate in necessary meetings.
Demonstrate consistent attendance.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
Proactivity and the ability to anticipate client needs are crucial for this position.
Sound judgment and accuracy in decision-making are vital attributes.
A positive attitude and passion for the work are highly valued.
The candidate should demonstrate personal accountability, keep commitments, and seek or offer assistance when needed.
A professional appearance and adherence to hygiene standards in line with workplace culture are expected.
