Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in achieving their recovery goals through personalized support and guidance
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and Therapists to develop and implement effective recovery plans
  • Provide emotional support and crisis intervention when necessary
  • Assess and evaluate barriers to independent or community living
  • Develop and maintain social support systems for clients
  • Participate in required training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years old for licensing
  • Ability to work flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and overnight shifts
  • Proactivity and ability to anticipate client needs
  • Personal responsibility and commitment to seeking and offering help when necessary
