Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients in regaining their well-being through therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices.
  • Effectively communicate patient progress and concerns to supervisors and team members; educate patients' families or nursing staff on follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure that all equipment and workspaces are kept safe and orderly.
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable laws and professional standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Valid and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the relevant state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
