The Patient Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient patient flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
• Handle co-pays, scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
• Check patients in and out, ensuring a seamless experience
• Provide patient education materials and resolve tasks from medical providers
• Scrub schedules and update patient waitlists in a timely manner
Requirements:
• High School / GED required; two to four years of college or relevant work experience preferred
• Two years of relevant work experience, including demonstrated customer service and accurate data entry
• Medical Office Administration certificate strongly preferred; bilingual English/Spanish required

Reporting Relationship:
Reports directly to the Patient Scheduling Supervisor or Medical Front Desk Supervisor (Depending on assigned team)
