Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with finding new customers, setting appointments, and solving staffing challenges
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and customers' open positions are filled
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment tactics to attract top talent
  • Match applicants with customers' open positions, ensuring a great fit for both parties
  • Process payroll for temporary workers in a timely manner
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license required
